Holly is a dark colored Golden Retriever who is 12 plus years old and a retired lady of liasure. She can run with the younger dogs without showing any signs of arthritic pain or stiffness. Holly's person is our middle daughter Kim who recevied her from Santa when she was 14 years old. I drove for several hours in a snow storm on Christmas Eve to meet a man who had also drove several hours to meet us. I picked her out with a flashlight to see by. The breeder told me at the time he thought I had picked the best one, he was right. Holly has meant allot to our family not only was she the constant companion of our daughter she has become the foundation of our kennel. This had not been planned, Kim just wanted her own Golden Retriever. But as it turned out Holly is a wonderfull dog with the ability to pass on all the great traits of Golden Retievers, with good eyes,bones and heart. Plus we got a automatic sock and underware picker-upper. |

Ellie puppies are usually either dark or very light. |
