All Golden Mudd Puppy Kennel (GMPK) Dogs are guaranteed to be in good health and free of physical defects as apparent to the naked eye. At a minimum, first shot and two wormings will be administered to your puppy before pick-up. We highly recommend that you visit your vet for a complete physical examination and approval of the puppy. If within three working days of the pick-up of the puppy from GMPK, a veterinarian determines that your puppy has a congenital or other medical problem that they feel would make your puppy unacceptable as a pet, then that puppy may be returned for a full refund. (Routine parasites and skin conditions are accepted as normal puppy problems and exempt from this money back policy.)

If during the first 25 mo. after pick-up of a puppy from GMPK, he or she is found to be suffering from any congenital problems dating from the prenatal or fetus stage that results in immediate death (natural or via euthanasia), he or she will be replaced. (as set forth below)

GMPK will provide the registration papers for the puppy with the American Kennel Club (AKC). Registration of puppy is at the expense of the purchaser. GMPK is providing you with a PET quality dog. If you choose to pursue breeding or any competition that would require a full registration, proper clearances MUST be obtained and a fee of $300 must be paid and cleared BEFORE GMPK will lift a limited registration. Proper clearances are defined as OFA Hip Confirmation (at least Fair), OFA Cardiac (Clear), and Canine Eye Registration (Both Eyes Normal).

For all claims against this warranty we require a letter from your veterinarian stating the problem, copies of all related vet reports and x-rays, and we reserve the right to a second opinion before taking any action. If the problem is found to be non-existent OR inconsequential for a pet quality dog, we will be entitled to a 100% reimbursement of our vet bills from you. If the problem is confirmed, the purchase price will be refunded or replacement will be initiated. Replacement may take up to one year and will be of equal or better breeding. Color is NOT guaranteed. In order that your warranty be considered valid you must produce evidence of proof of required shots, wormings and annual vet check-ups, otherwise the warranty is null and void. AKC paperwork will also have to be returned to GMPK.

If for reasons other than health of the puppy, you choose to return the puppy or dog at any age we will gladly take it back. He or she must be in good health and you must provide proof of current shots, wormings, and rabies vaccines. All AKC paperwork must also be signed over to us. This return offers NO financial obligation by GMPK.

Shipping is not included for any replacement. Cost of shipping must be paid in full prior to return or replacement. The initial deposit becomes non-refundable twenty-four (24) hours after deposit. If no contact is made within 3 days of the agreed upon pick-up date the obligation of GMPK is void. No refund of any funds will be provided after the Vet Clause date, (3 working days of your receipt of puppy during which time you must take your puppy to a vet). This warranty is null and void if the dog has been found to be abused or neglected. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. There is NO EXCEPTION to these policies.
